Large furnished room in large, 4,500 S.F. house. Total of 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms. Prefer professional male or female. I rent 3 and occupy the 4th. The maximum number of people including myself never exceeds 4. The design and layout of this house offers plenty of privacy for those who live here. There are 5 bathrooms. The bathroom is a guest bathroom on the first floor. The house is a VERY CLEAN, quality, drug free and safe environment. Includes use of kitchen, utility room with washer and dryer, back yard patio with gas barbecue grill and swimming pool. The location is great. It is located 2 blocks north of Miami International Airport, 10 minutes from down town Miami and about 20 minutes from Miami Beach. The rent is based on a yearly occupancy at $700 per month plus share cost of electric. Will consider shorter term at higher rate, but not month to month.
